Having served both at sea and ashore, he specializes in technical management, quality systems, and crew development. A certified ISM Internal Auditor, CSO/PFSO, and HAZMAT Expert (Class NK), he leads Lilly Maritime with innovation, responsibility, and customer-first values.

Chief Financial Officer
A Commerce graduate from Madras University, Mr. Balakrishnan is a veteran banker with over 30 years of experience, including serving as Executive Director and Acting Chairman of Andhra Bank Ltd.
He manages the company’s financial strategy, compliance, and planning, ensuring sustainable growth and fiscal excellence.
Vishwaprashanth R. Kumar
Director – Offshore & Tanker Operations
A Mechatronics Engineer with a Master’s in Control, Microsystems & Microelectronics, Mr. Vishwaprashanth oversees all offshore and tanker vessel operations.
He is responsible for implementing Safety Management Systems (ISM/ISO) on managed vessels and driving technological innovation in operational efficiency.
Capt. Prawal Pratap Singh Bais
HSEQ Manager – DPA / HR / CSO
A Master Mariner with extensive experience in international shipping, Capt. Bais ensures safety, quality, and compliance across the fleet.
He manages ISM, ISPS, MLC, and ISO systems, audits, and crew training, reinforcing the company’s safety culture at sea and ashore.
Sathyanarayana L
Technical Superintendent
With 17 years of sea service on tanker vessels, including 10 years as Second Engineer, Mr. Sathyanarayana oversees maintenance, repairs, and operational readiness for offshore and tanker fleets. He ensures compliance with international safety codes and liaises with classification societies.
Capt. Vikas Kumar
General Manager – HSEQ, Jamnagar
A Master Mariner with over 10 years of command and management experience, Capt. Kumar leads the Reliance Port Sikka operations for safety, quality, HR, and administration. He plays a key role in ensuring port terminal efficiency and safety performance.
Niraj Kumar Singh
Technical Superintendent
A Class-I Marine Engineer with 17 years of sailing experience, including 7 years as Chief Engineer on oil and chemical tankers. He manages the technical performance and safety of offshore and tanker vessels under company management.
Gaurav Lolge
Commercial Manager
An Engineering graduate with strong expertise in offshore operations, vessel chartering, and commercial management. Mr. Lolge handles business development, client relations, and fleet chartering, ensuring operational excellence and compliance with ISM and ISO standards.
