Managing Director
Promoter, a Mechanical Engineering graduate from Madras University. Chief Engineer (Class I Motor F.G.), Qualified by Dept. Of Transport. U.K. Sailed in the capacity of Chief Engineer for 5 years on Reefer Vessels, amongst others (including taking delivery from the yard). Worked ashore in a Ship Management Company as a Senior Manager over five years. Acquired hands on experience for Technical Management and Manning of reefer vessels, amongst others. Undergone various training in Ship Management, Quality Systems and completed a Course on Time Management conducted by Dale Carnegie Institute London. Completed courses on ISM Internal Auditor & CSO/PFSO for the ISPS Code. Qualified HAZMAT Expert by Class NK. Responsible for the Company’s Growth by Innovation and customer satisfaction.

Commerce graduate from Madras University. Banker with 30 years of Experience in various Nationalized Banks. Served as Executive Director and Acting Chairman of ANDHRA BANK LTD. Completed a Project in setting up United Stock Exchange deals with Foreign Currency derivatives at Mumbai. Responsible for the Company’s Finance Management and Tax Planning.
